Hi all,

I am now thinking of buying Diablo 3 to play. But I have some questions as below. Please advise me.

1. Digital Version or DVD Version? Which one better? Why?
2. What the differences?
3. Does both can redownload anytimes anywhere?
4. If buy DVD version, what to do if DVD broken? Can I redownload it from Blizzard?
5. If buy Digital Version, then mostly I will purchase through Blizzard (it is cheapest to me by calculatation), but does it safe by using Credit Card to purchase? Anyone who had bought from Blizzard, can please share your experience buying through Blizzard?

It does not have to answer all my questions, I just need some advises. Thanks you all.

both are exact same game.
just that one u buy the license key then download the game, while another u get the installation disc with key.

diff is only the price. key is usually cheaper, maybe by 10-15% chepaer than the disc.

buying keys from random web store are somehow risky. so only buy from reputable sites.

P/S: if u feel that buying from bliz store is not safe, then u should only get the disc from local retailers.

conclusion: Go for digital coz once you download/ install it you will let ur disc to collecting dust

i buy the digital version from blizzard using cc, yes it still safe until now u miss the 50% timeframe....

1. If $$ is not a problem for you, then buy the DVD version.
2. No difference, digital = install after you download, DVD = install from dvd
3. Digital = yes, download anytime, anywhere as long as you can login to battle.net. If you buy DVD, you can also download online if you lose the DVD
4. Refer to 3.
5. Blizzard is expensive unless they got promo. If you are diligent at searching on google, you find find MUCH better packages. There is also possibility of getting cheap rates in lowyat itself.
I bought a second set online. Buying from Blizzard is more straight forward and much easier than other sites but more exp. Some sites require verification of yourself.

But, If I purchase through Blizzard, pay by Mol.point is USD59.99 which is RM198.80, and it is cheaper than GameShop offer for Digital Version. So I am considering buy from Blizzard or GameShop. xD

You can get cheaper price from G2A.com. I saw Diablo3 and ROS expansion for under US55 for both

By the way, if I just buy the CD-Key Only, How can Blizzard know I purchase the Authorized CD-Key? As I know it is free download and free play for first chapter. If I press upgrade, the Blizzard will ask me to purchase but NOT key in CD-Key, so what would happy if I buy CD-Key only?

in battle net there is a option ask your to key in the cdkey . yes i buy form G2A.com before . it success that all i tell u abt the safety of G2A.com
