1) Thank you for your info. It seems that normally for Dell warranty, there's a service tag that needs to be provided. Can you confirm that it is not needed in this case?
2) Also how can I confirm online when my warranty is till? As you may remember, I purchased the 5-year warranty model from you.
I'm still trying to troubleshoot my display problem. Seems like the step suggested here helped a bit

This morning when I got up, the secondary display (a U2412) was disabled again. I had to turn the primary display (the U2415) off and on again to restore it. It's disappointing that I can't get daisy chaining to work properly for now.
