As per tittle,can recommend me any reasonable hospital or clinics that do full std and hiv test?

Klinik Kesihatan. normally hospital dont test it, they ask you go klinik kesihatan instead.

I check at their portal for some places,but when I google it shows poliklinik.

Im not sure which klinik im able to go due to abit busy.So thinking to find few places first thn if im near the klinik can straight go.Where is klinik kesihatan in kj,subang jaya,pj?Ill try to find for puchong and other place.

depends on the clinic and factor like student and etc usually less then Rm100 if not mistaken.
