Even with mars fleet backup, I don't think they can win against Rustal. I really suspect McGillis got secret weapon (MA) that can be controlled by Bael, hidden in Mars.

McGillis looks like he kinda have a secret plan/weapon to win.

Looks like Barbatos are fused with Bael thruster.

Plot twist: McGillis actually planned to put Gaelio on a path to lead Gjallahorn. That's why he didn't killed him last time.

A fitting ending imo. There's no place for tekkadan anyway.

I have no problem with juliette surviving and also Rustal. As cruel as he was, that is the fastest way to ends the conflict before it spreads. Juliette needs to survive as someone who witness the legendary tekkadan battles

Gjallahorn took mika brain, make it into ein 2.0.

Ride and co. stole that, becomes unstoppable. Wants to destroy Gjallahorn, create chaos and wars... Gjallahorn can't stop them, asked x-tekkadan to help.
