The last original story UC timeline for TV series is the Victory. After the disaster Tomino made, they made the UC timeline Gundam anime as OVA/Movie. Kinda like a policy or something like that. After Victory, the 08th MS team, MS Igloo are also an original story but still ended up not as TV series.

Anything that adapted from novel/manga/game will not be as TV series.
Anything that is UC timeline will not appear as TV series no matter original story or adaptation.
