Discount & promotion package : 10% rebate; DIBS scheme; stamp duty, legal fee for loan and S&P absorbed by the developer ...additional discount during festive season...not only these goodies...the units are furnished with wet and dry kitchen cabinets, sinks, oven, hood and hob, fridge. Shower screen and water heater for master room bathroom and master room fitted with wardrobe...2 car parks.....3 green parks.....Apa lagi mau?

500K?  Block C?  Different quality I think, and it is far away from Block A and B as well as the facilities.

It is like a low-mid cost flat sharing the same entrance only.

Semi furnish package was an option for block B, and some block A units.  Yes it was 30k.  I was told wardrobe was not included, I have to email them to get clarification on this. 

SDB has revised their selling price and package many times, since early 2014 the rebate has been going from 8% to 10% then 16% then 18% and then finally 18% plus 2% referral fee. 

Only block A early buyers are clear winners.  Lower price psf, free semi furnish package, dibs, free legal fees.

Yes compare to block A same unit in block B type 2 2116sf was going for about 1.2m, after 20% rebate that's 960k but kosong package no dibs, whereas block A type 2 early buyers paid <900k and dibs and many freebies. 

Block B late buyers' profit will be undercut by earlier buyers of block A.

Why people bought WOTP? I think is the reasonable pricing for the type of property you will get...most of you know that property values are determined by several factors such as location, amenities, builder brand, construction quality and facilities available....WOTP location not bad, great amenities nearby...shops, malls,hospital, MRT, banks and many more.. SDB brand, good construction quality with green design and a bonus ...earthquake resistant, lots of greenery with great facilities and also it comes semi-furnished.

No worry....I think a fence height of between 7+ft to 8 ft is ok already...is as tall as The Hulk for comparison...

1. guard house look like fail liao.

2. fencing just too low.  

3. bare outside walkway no eye see. expose longkang. the kids anytime might fall in.

Another issue.. If not wrong. I saw the road connection Macam cannot fully connect due to different land owner. Need to get permission from land owner or wait till the owner want to developer the land n join the road..

It seem they use alot of black pebbles to enhance the beauty of the gardens, I think these black pebbles blended well with the landscape....this pic shows the black pebbles near the pool..
