QUOTE(aberdeen @ Oct 7 2015, 01:22 PM) This was what some people said about WOTP when it was first launched in 2012....from rm 450 psf for the bigger units..."where got people buy wan at this crazy price tag in Balakong...SDB too ambitious..sure fail project...lucky if they can get 50% sales" ...even it came with ..... 500k for such concept and furnishing really worth for money. congratz for all the purchasers Discount & promotion package : 10% rebate; DIBS scheme; stamp duty, legal fee for loan and S&P absorbed by the developer ...additional discount during festive season...not only these goodies...the units are furnished with wet and dry kitchen cabinets, sinks, oven, hood and hob, fridge. Shower screen and water heater for master room bathroom and master room fitted with wardrobe...2 car parks.....3 green parks.....Apa lagi mau? |

QUOTE(Darkknight2010 @ Oct 7 2015, 03:21 PM) 500K? Block C? Different quality I think, and it is far away from Block A and B as well as the facilities. which block is post #1649 talking ? and those selling in iproperty is with less facilities ?It is like a low-mid cost flat sharing the same entrance only. |

QUOTE(Darkknight2010 @ Oct 7 2015, 04:41 PM) Semi furnish package was an option for block B, and some block A units. Yes it was 30k. I was told wardrobe was not included, I have to email them to get clarification on this. nice rebate, early buyer must be...... SDB has revised their selling price and package many times, since early 2014 the rebate has been going from 8% to 10% then 16% then 18% and then finally 18% plus 2% referral fee. Only block A early buyers are clear winners. Lower price psf, free semi furnish package, dibs, free legal fees. |

QUOTE(Darkknight2010 @ Oct 7 2015, 07:12 PM) Yes compare to block A same unit in block B type 2 2116sf was going for about 1.2m, after 20% rebate that's 960k but kosong package no dibs, whereas block A type 2 early buyers paid <900k and dibs and many freebies. it seem quite lot of ppl buying 2116sf with 900-1m price tag, as big as a DSL already Block B late buyers' profit will be undercut by earlier buyers of block A. what is the fact encouraging purchaser to buy such big size condo and with 1m (cheap but price is sky high) |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Oct 8 2015, 12:54 PM) Why people bought WOTP? I think is the reasonable pricing for the type of property you will get...most of you know that property values are determined by several factors such as location, amenities, builder brand, construction quality and facilities available....WOTP location not bad, great amenities nearby...shops, malls, hospital, MRT, banks and many more.. SDB brand, good construction quality with green design and a bonus ...earthquake resistant, lots of greenery with great facilities and also it comes semi-furnished. Boss, no doubt the factors are good, but i am actually asking what is the points that encourage ppl to 2k sqft condo |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Oct 9 2015, 11:42 AM) No worry....I think a fence height of between 7+ft to 8 ft is ok already...is as tall as The Hulk for comparison... Very good explanation with interesting pic ..this pic give a clearer observation with respect to height... [attachmentid=5092067] ..even an above average height burglar will find it difficult to get through it...haha.. [attachmentid=5092071] |

8feet is about 244cm, even if one with 180cm, he/she has to jump up to 64cm++ to hang his/her hand on the top of the wall, which possibility is quite low to jump such high.
if one is bringing staircase, it is too obvious for the guard to discover. standard fencing in market is 10feet ? |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Oct 29 2015, 10:42 AM) 1. guard house look like fail liao. option 2 is the crucial 1.2. fencing just too low. 3. bare outside walkway no eye see. expose longkang. the kids anytime might fall in. buyers should minimize their hope liao, as long as structural is correct, without water leaking developer trying to cut cost liao with market nowadays |

QUOTE(felixmask @ Oct 30 2015, 03:27 PM) frm the images WOTP landscape is really nice....must get HELLO HELLO gor to bring me tour inside. suggest not to put high expectation on green outside, inside is where you are staying but if developer planning to do a upgrade on the roads connected to WOTP then that's even better |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Nov 1 2015, 10:34 AM) Another issue.. If not wrong. I saw the road connection Macam cannot fully connect due to different land owner. Need to get permission from land owner or wait till the owner want to developer the land n join the road.. developer won't be free enough to build the road if 1 of the part is not permitted to link kua..speak to a senior SA or GM is a better way to know more. |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Nov 1 2015, 10:08 PM) calvin kor...thanks again for the many pics that you shared with us. indeed Is this a house number plaque? Looks classy and ultra modern...love it! [attachmentid=5227825] It seem they use alot of black pebbles to enhance the beauty of the gardens, I think these black pebbles blended well with the landscape....this pic shows the black pebbles near the pool..
