From the reports, seems 85-90% are Chinese buyer.

Don't just judge from this yet. There are many details that yet to be seen. Eg., earthquake resistance building, designer landscape, branded elevators, scruptures stones, 3 giant windows , quality playground, v shape building, huge parks....this are just to name fews..simplicity is the hardest things to create..

The tall building with V shape look not bad, clean and tall.

The shortest block look too plain and really like mid cost apartment.

The v shape building looks quite sophisticated.
Especially the overlapping top tip v shape, Zigzag Diagonally placing on the park
and The expose inner facade. Looks sibeh cool.

Aiya.. blk c so bad ar. Hopefully end products looks good.

Now the tree not plant. When the tree grow like jungle..the small block will integrate exortic residence. Imagine between block there is forest and rainbow.

Yeah, I think the USP of Windows on the Park is really not the building itself, but rather the idea of having a quiet, spacious, lanscaped and well maintained park right outside your house.

So far there seems to be only 2 decent parks in KL - 1 in KLCC and the other one at Desa Park City. Anyone can share any other they may know of?

not only these 2, there are lots of nice parks at klang valley. refer below link..

setia eco hill park and future eco majestic lake garden also caught ppl attention already...

btw, as compare to setia eco park, setia alam, btho is like poor maintain place and sound like not well develop area

btho is more matured township compared to setia alam. IMO btho aged quite nicely, no major issues in the area after so many years.

Yaumo? Compare To whole Cheras selatan, btho consider 1 of the quite well develop and planing area liao after alam Damai. Yalla of coz lagi best if ada sp Eco park macam.

The btho taman manmade lake punya size also not many taman ada size Ini macam. Other taman lakes size the biggest size Mostly half of the btho lake size Sahaja.

Ai ya, I m comparing the BTHO with setia alam. Jiu lai south is very cha in development yet.
