Btw last weekend at modern living home fair in bkt jalil stadium,saw many ppl make booking and pay even for their 2-3 years later vp house.

So is it really need so early to make booking or buy for home furnishing part?

low cost apartment beside, several stp nearby,omg now 1 of the block of wotp itself become like exactly a low cost flat look .just like the 70s-80s low cost hdb in Singapore .

Feel upset and unhappy for seeing these flat alike design apartment.

me will not own stay anymore will sell it out ,really an eyesore .angry

I experience this type merbau hardwood pacquet flooring before,I don't like it,after certain time,the wood will loose and easily "cabut" out

The block in the photo,the internal ,design,fitting,workmanship,materials...all look like flat ,so wrong,and ugly.
Totally didn't like sdb products at all,why? Omg,make many wotp others residents feel sad and weird

Almost vp ,so it the final flat look I think

Then since when you have decided to purchase

The final facade is really speechless ugly

Your guys start to buy reno stuffs,furniture and start look for I'd ?
