This was what some people said about WOTP when it was first launched in 2012....from rm 450 psf for the bigger units..."where got people buy wan at this crazy price tag in Balakong...SDB too ambitious..sure fail project...lucky if they can get 50% sales" ...even it came with .....

Block A early buyers perks ; if I still remember correctly :
1) 10% discounts
2) DIBS
3) SPA and loan legal a fees waive
4) Lucky draw worth 1k to 50k. I got 1k, not sure anyone here got 50k? 😘😘

CNY promo rebate during CNY 2013, can't remember how much the rebate already. it really a good deal back in that time. is mirror included in the master bathroom? don't forget about the aircond piping for all rooms , living hall, dinning hall.

Another issue.. If not wrong. I saw the road connection Macam cannot fully connect due to different land owner. Need to get permission from land owner or wait till the owner want to developer the land n join the road..

No, with using the act mean the govt need to pay/ compensate the land owner due to land acquire. Best for no need pay a cent is to wait for land owner send in the development plan. Then govt can require them to build the road in order to get the plan approve. No money need to pay from govt N all bear by developer

Ya big and spacious. Imo Especially 2000+sf unit is the best... If only can afford. Those 2400sf above unit just too big When compare 2 show units last time. Maybe different pipu different taste.

Maybe only luxury condo cum huge built size in this area so far.

Army kor, your pics gave me a very good first impression of the WOTP car park. It looks like it has a bright and airy environment, friendly too with the signages, for both the residents and visitors. The car park width and ramp width looks comfortable even for the bigger cars and column are well spaced out with few obstructions to easy movement of cars...

Hmm, the house number plaque looks damm nice. High end feel and modern, though it wont costs a bomb.

Garden and landscape looks good too but I feel can be improve more. Still feel Ameera and 5 Stone nicer.

Stamp kor...it is very difficult to get hand and footholds on this fence, even if you have tiny hands and feet. You can try it out the next time you visit WOTP....if you can climb over...I belanja you makan...deal?
