Im wondering, are those low floor units at Block A facing the car entrance going to be overwhelmed by the noise of cars entering WOTP?
The small piece of land fronting the block is supposed to be "quiet area". Will the trees that being planted on that plot of land able to absorb some noise from the car entrance area? |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Sep 19 2015, 07:44 PM) If you look at this pic from WOTP brochure, it shows dense layers of plants to provide optimum noise protection near the entrance... I surely hope the trees that are going to be planted in front of the Block A will be as bushy as the ones shown in the picture.[attachmentid=4967894] buyers of those units near the entrance...better keep this pic...if no noise blocking plants...take this pic to SDB and show it to them...if no action...then tell them you reserve the right to plant whatever trees in that plot of land...including musang king durian trees...to block the noise and lights from cars coming in from the entrance.. |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Sep 23 2015, 01:05 PM) Location, location, location...ya..this is the place...Cheras Selatan. sorry, sir, I don't quite get you.Beside CTS 30 acres mixed development...Hap Seng also has a plan to develop 9 acres mixed project in Cheras Selatan. A friend told me that when SKIP and the Mex interchange in Sri Kembangan are completed next year, travelling time will be shortened quite substantially to KLCC, Putra Jaya and KLIA...don't forget we also have two MRT stations nearby, completion in 2017. how will the travelling time to KLCC from WOTP shortened when SKIP (what hiway is this?) and MEX interchange in Sri Kembangan are completed next year? i am trying to figure out the route from WOTP to KLCC via these 2 future interchanges. this is exciting news to me, since I'm working in KLCC. QUOTE(highburybaby @ Sep 23 2015, 02:31 PM) if you are working in KLCC, i think grand saga is still the shortest route...skip and mex are closer to serdang, seri kembangan and equine park shortest route doesn't translate to shortest travelling time. grand saga hiway is a grandmother of all traffic jam, be it in the morning or in the evening. |

QUOTE(highburybaby @ Sep 23 2015, 02:52 PM) but from cheras selatan to skip/mex is very very far.... that's why I asked aberdeen to tell us the route to KLCC via the new interchange at MEX that he mentioned. if what you described is what aberdeen had in mind, then it is true that the route is longer going to KLCC.have you been there b4??? first you follow the silk highway to the mines, turn to seri kembangan, from seri kembangan you go to serdang roundabout then to taman-u and finally reach equine park... QUOTE(aberdeen @ Sep 25 2015, 09:30 PM) I was just joking when I posted the above...but this is actually no joking matter...read in today Star...developer of Sutera Pines in Sg Long...not too far from WOTP...stated that there is an electric fence circles the area, one of the layers of security they incorporated for residents to get peace of mind living there...don't believe...read the paper lor Actually at The Mews enclave, Putra Heights, Sime Darby installed electrical perimeter fencing. So this is not new in KV. |

QUOTE(ageetkumar @ Sep 26 2015, 03:46 PM) Can anyone tell me where I can find the contractual VP date on the S&P. Just wanted to check mine. I suspect it might be different on different S&Ps depending on when you signed it. Usually VP is 36 months from SPA date for condos outside KL. in KL City, it is 48 months nowadays. |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Sep 27 2015, 07:11 PM) Hope they don't mind me posting these pics taken from the WOTP Cheras facebook...progress work on the vicinity of the Clubhouse Park... yes, the "resort feel" is beginning to emerge with the near completion of the landscape. [attachmentid=5012574][attachmentid=5012575] [attachmentid=5012576][attachmentid=5012578] [attachmentid=5012579][attachmentid=5012581] these pics give me a feel of living in a resort community...beautiful lawn, meticulous landscaping, shrubs and trees to beautify the environment, great pool, sculptures, gorgeous gym, nice function room and you add in the badminton courts, a basketball court, jogging track, children playground & pool, a quiet park....your everyday life could feel like a vacation here. |

SA said Block B would be ready about the same time with Block A, but SDB would not handover VP Block B the same time with Block A (and they are also not obligated to VP Block B earlier).
Anyone has any theories as to why? I was thinking that they want their contractors to stand by for "defects rectification" works on Block A once it is VPed to the owners. This post has been edited by Stamp: Sep 30 2015, 04:16 PM |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Oct 1 2015, 10:21 AM) Heard the mockup unit is in Block B...furnised or just bare unit for show? If bare...then is easier for people to take measurement before they buy furnitures and any home products to furnish their new home. Mock up units will be bare units. No ID.A check list for you of the measurement tools to bring when you go to see the mockup... [attachmentid=5034528] if you want precision measurement...additional tools... [attachmentid=5034541] |
