Im wondering, are those low floor units at Block A facing the car entrance going to be overwhelmed by the noise of cars entering WOTP?

The small piece of land fronting the block is supposed to be "quiet area". Will the trees that being planted on that plot of land able to absorb some noise from the car entrance area?

I surely hope the trees that are going to be planted in front of the Block A will be as bushy as the ones shown in the picture.

how will the travelling time to KLCC from WOTP shortened when SKIP (what hiway is this?) and MEX interchange in Sri Kembangan are completed next year? i am trying to figure out the route from WOTP to KLCC via these 2 future interchanges. hmm.gif

this is exciting news to me, since I'm working in KLCC.

that's why I asked aberdeen to tell us the route to KLCC via the new interchange at MEX that he mentioned. if what you described is what aberdeen had in mind, then it is true that the route is longer going to KLCC.

i've seen the expressway alignment work in progress, but i didn't know the expressway's name was SKIP. blush.gif

Actually at The Mews enclave, Putra Heights, Sime Darby installed electrical perimeter fencing. So this is not new in KV.

Usually VP is 36 months from SPA date for condos outside KL. in KL City, it is 48 months nowadays.

SA said Block B would be ready about the same time with Block A, but SDB would not handover VP Block B the same time with Block A (and they are also not obligated to VP Block B earlier).

Anyone has any theories as to why? I was thinking that they want their contractors to stand by for "defects rectification" works on Block A once it is VPed to the owners.
