Guys, hoping to get some input.

I read in this thread that someone mentioned the 1-hour approval is still in effect at the two branches mentioned in the first post. I'm thinking of going today, don't think I'll be able to be there before 7 as I get off work at 6.

I don't need to get it within the hour, but if it's only available the next day, or even next Monday, is there any possibility that they can mail it to a different branch for collection?

Also, I was told that nowadays, you don't need all the documents, they can just check your epf statement...Is that true?

Which maybank is this yeah? Is it the one in the IBM tower (across/next to one world hotel) or is there one inside One Utama itself? When I ask the info counter inside One Utama, he said there's only one, which is in the IBM tower.

Any promo booth happening anywhere in KL atm? No time to go to the bank but would prefer to apply through a person. At least if something goes wrong, I have a name to refer to.
