Recently I just swipe my Maybankard2 Gold - AMEX to purchase a TV and applied with this participating merchant for Ezypay installment up to 24 months which requires me to pay about RM200++ per month.

But weird thing is, my Maybank online card statement doesnt have my purchasing history and its been two months. I do not hope that few months later, the statement come out and I'm require to pay like 2-3k in one go.

Any senior here to advise?

Currently I am using M2U time as a benchmark.

I have called the CS & was told should follow the recorded time in their system which don't even show the seconds just like in the SMS Alert. Wonder they treat all transaction done in the same minute equally, like 10:00:00 & 10:00:59? Otherwise online transactions would have the advantage.

yes. one thing I hate about MBB card is we cant see the balance credit limit easily.
Anyway, I found a way to check it. Just click on 'EZYCASH', it will show u 'Available Balance', as it is showing 90% of your ACTUAL AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT, you need to multiply 100/90.
For eg, Available Balance showing 18k.
Your ACTUAL AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT would be 18k*100/90 = 20k

argh, i just reloaded my tng rm500 last weekend with amex! should have only do it tomorrow! 

Called CS and told my chip is broken, they will send to my house within 7 days FOC and meantime my current card is unusable.

good thing about MBB Islamic card is groceris+petrol on fri and sat.
