Guys, just some quick doubts regarding the 5x and 5% cashback...

If i use Amex oversea during weekend, do i entitle to such cashback and 5x points?

And, If i use Paypal (linked with Amex) and make purchase online during weekend, do I entitle to the same 5x points and 5x cashbank? let's say booking hotel, buying items..etc

I read thru the first page details, found this...

14. Maybank Platinum credit cards including MBB 2 does not grant free access to KLIA or LCCT Plaza Premium Lounge.

And I got this from the thread in forum (Free access to premium lounge in airport)...which is contradict to the pinned details on the first page here...

"...Amex's American Express Platinum Credit Card - UNLIMITED access to KLIA and LCCT confirmed by yeahh thru PM "


May i know which one is correct?

I've made a purchase of a product, which causing me allergic reaction. I called to the agent, was told unable to refund.... now is this term of CC able to help me? what should i do?
