yes, double triple confirm that you won't lose your points. it's just that another bank pay on behalf of you, doesn't mean you cancelled your transaction records with the bank.

As per my understanding, you can't do that since the amount is not yet credited into your account.

You can't pay off the installment amount but what I did last time was just deposit additional money into the account to free the CL. Can do it via CDM or interbank transfer. So I have more CL to play with.

Mine is about 1 week since I collected my upgraded platinum cards. Balance and TP already transferred, credit limit downgrade also processed, only pending the removal of cancelled cards from M2U

Need to cancel old cards then only able to transfer TP and outstanding balance

removal of gold cards in M2u take long time, about 5 days

RM50 for MBB2 cardholders who signed up before July 2014. If u have been a gold cardholder before that, then the same GST amount remains.

i think u can settle the ezypay early, but I recall there is a settlement charge (RM50/RM100). Best to ask CS.

1. I just place an order over Apple online store malaysia with my Amex . I did received sms alert but m2u still no update yet after an hour. May I know normally take how long to show at m2u? Because I hope can get the rm50 cash back for weekend transaction .

2. Where to find my default 6 digit password of my credit card ? I need it to pay my credit card using Cdm .

If you get the card this year, then next year you need to pay.
And don't use TP to offset GST, pay it with your money, TP use it to redeem AeoBig's cash voucher(rm105 and if you use that on 28th each month you will get rm110). And TP redemption must do it on nearest MBB card center.


As far as possible, don't do it on booth. Your info are not secured as most of the booth agents are third party.

2 weeks back, was paying exam fee via email to US, passed Friday night, i.e. Saturday morning Malaysia time.
Called CS to open Amex for this transaction.

Received SMS alert dated Saturday and time 00:16am.  Thought will get 5% CB on weekend.

But a few days later in m2u, saw the transaction date was Friday, posting date Sunday. 
Cause they processed it manually, and it was still Friday then in US.

Worst was the US exchange rate was worked out to be 3.5357 
I just divide posted amounts RM by USD. Is that how you guys work out the forex rate or I need to minus off Amex fee, cross-border fee (??) first before dividing?

I've done that and when i receive the OTP/TAC via sms, i got charged RM1.00 for each SMS or TAC sent to me.
