i never hit any limit so far..sometimes transaction up to few thousand..never fail me

there are people need to call bank each time want to making payment via paypal.
bank will 'allow' paypal transaction after you call the bank..

how did you recieve your card? if you collect in branch/card center, the CS will help you to activate it...
however, if you receive via mail, you need to activate yourself. You can do it via M2U, SMS or call to CS..

you already have commitment since you already owned a cc from OCBC..
they could see your CCRIS..that why more easily for approval..

usually oversea transsaction will took at least a day to be post into system..
so i say it is safe..

apply some other bank cc that easily approve..
choose those have RM50gst rebate..
use few month and you have CCRIS record, then apply again mbb2card..

there is no annual fees for this card..so it is free..
GST need to pay please blame government..nothing to do with bank..
since now got promotion, use 3 times each card then can get back the GST..

delay payment for one or two days can ask bank to waive it..
if still cannot make payment on time, it is solely repsonbility of the user..nothing to do with bank

I can double confirm this as well...
make order on 6 dec and shipped on 8 December...

in M2U, transaction date 6 December, posting date 9 December..
so apple online store only charged cc when they already shipped it.
