QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Oct 19 2014, 02:46 PM) anyone knows if All IT accepts credit card or even AMEX? planning to buy external hard disk but afraid they don't accept cc bcoz it only costs a few hundred... All IT @ IPC accepts Amex with minimum RM50. Swiped several times before. The latest was a month ago.specifically IPC branch... |

Hello guys! I just got maybank 2 cards and have registered online account to see my transactions.
I don't have saving acc with maybank, how do I pay the cc? Do I need to transfer money to both cards or sum up and just pay to one card only? I was told by customer service that credit limit is shared so it doesn't matter. Please enlighten me hehe! Thanks! |

Has anyone had experience to pre-deposit large amount of fund to your credit card just because you need to use the card beyond the approved credit limit but have sufficient fund in account?
For example: Approved credit limit: RM 10k Target transaction amount: RM 50k Outstanding balance: RM 0 Pre-deposit amount: RM 60k With the RM 60k paid to the credit card 'in advance', can we use the card now to RM 60k? Can it be done through Maybank2U Credit card payment>enter X amount>pay to the card that you want to use? |

With CL of RM10K and outstanding RM0 + pre-deposit of RM60K, technically you can use the card up to RM70K (RM10K +RM60K).For example: Approved credit limit: RM 10k Target transaction amount: RM 50k Outstanding balance: RM 0 Pre-deposit amount: RM 60k With the RM 60k paid to the credit card 'in advance', can we use the card now to RM 60k? I'm not sure if you can pay more than your OS amount via M2U to Maybankard. Worth trying and provide feedback after you did. |

Normally how long does it takes to get the card approved? I applied directly from a MBB branch almost 3 weeks ago. No news until now.

QUOTE(maskedchan @ Oct 20 2014, 01:44 PM) Tried and failed, error message showed up after clicking confirm. Ok, what about depositing a cheque instead of cash to the card as card payment? Will that work?QUOTE(tigaxxx @ Oct 20 2014, 01:53 PM) Good point to note. Hence, M2U is not workable |

I did 10K interbank transfer from another bank to my MBB card for advance payment. 10 cents only.
So you can do that for 5 days to get 50K. |
