I think with IAS, you won't sacrifice alot of dps since IAS itself contributes DPS (in terms of paper dps as well) if I were to get max IAS on all slots, I'm gonna be gimping my CDR alot.. Currently sitting at 33% which seems comfortable to me and don't think can go down any lower...
