You failed to deliver the ORIGINAL SAMSUNG BATTERY FOR GALAXY S3, which I have made the payment to you on 5th March 2015. A request for refund was made to you on 9th March evening and you agreed. Multiple reminders for refund have been sent to you but I have yet to receive the refund.
Please refund my RM78!
Below is the summary of our conversation and incidents.
5th March(Thursday)
3.17PM: You told me I will receive the item the next day via pos laju.
3.22PM: RM78 payment was done to your Maybank account.
3.28PM: You told me you will provide me the tracking code later.
4.04PM: You told me your supplier has no stock, have to wait 2-3 more days and told me Monday(9/3) or tuesday(10/3) I can receive the item.
7th March(Saturday)
5.18PM: I asked you if you have got the battery but no reply from you.
8th March(Sunday)
2.57PM: You thought that I am a new customer and replied 'yes', 'RM78'. Later you said 'not yet', 'will check tomorrow'
9th March(Monday)
8.59PM: You told me supplier has no stock. I requested for the RM78 refund and you agreed. My bank account details was provided.
10th March(Tuesday)
9.45PM-11.57PM: Multiple reminders for refund have been sent to you but you have been giving excuses for not refunding me the RM78. I gave you a deadline to refund by 11th March 12pm, that is 39 hours after a refund request was made.
11th March(Wednesday)
10.51AM: You told me "battery this week or next week", "just confirmed" but I told you to proceed with the refund.
6.27PM: as of now I have yet to receive the refund.
Please refund to settle the issue. thank you.
