Beware of this cheating contractor!!!

After he take the money, he dint start work & keep delaying.
the workmanship is like bangla work, his charges not cheap
but what he give really is not worth.
the wiring he do all messy & not follow the correct standard & very dangerous.
and i think he dont know about piping work do & re-do for so many times but
come out still the same. And the water paid for water come in also cannot use &
he dint mention to us.
He give bad workmanship & cannot settle it.

said will refund me the balance but he is lie again & quote me for unfair charges again
which he dont want to refund me.
He also take my window glass without return it to me.

yaya what price he give or you office and house condition. Mostly u found in Malaysia also use Banggla do, seldom found chinese or malay worker

Usually chinese workers are doing more specialized work like tiling, custom cabinets etc

the concrete top even no straight, i dint know about it if my new concractor dint show me.
i need to redo it all over as if not will be very trouble after i install the cabinet.

and he just simply joint the wiring for extension..its dangerous

nice looping... with aircond and high humidity weather... very soon you'll have short circuit..

better resolve it before the plaster ceiling is up

i requested a few quotes for my reno and each reno i want so personally inspect their previous project. while i might not know much about reno but at least i can see their workmanship in general and see they complete their project

Dont know why, a lot of contractors tends to move into cheating as part of their daily job in this line. No offense to any good contractors reading this (if any).

Myself faced run away contractor previously. Both my 2nd and 3rd sister faced a runaway contractors for their house as well, both different contractors.

waaa what a small world. I never post anything to lowyat forum before. I login just to say that I've actually engaged this guy before to fix my water pump. haha..
Some more dare knock on my kitchen counter top to say the previous contractor didn't do it properly cause got hollow sound. cehh..

Interestingly, I come across this post when I was looking for the same scammer. It was my mistake not to search his background first before paying him RM550 for plumbing work.
