Lately I experience slight pain on my left breast, stop BF to my boy (4 years old) last year.

Nowadays I sleep facing right hand side or facing the ceiling to avoid the pain. I dont wear bra at home except going out or to work. Only wear when got visitors coming. I stay with my hubby, 4 years old & mother inlaw.

Stop my hubby fonlding or sucking my breast during ML. Even sometimes when he on top of, slight pain too.

Try lying facing top, raise you left arm, and check your left side.
(Do the same for right side)
Clockwise or counter-clockwise massage, and check whether anything feeling hard or painful. If your case still happening after 1 week, or not cause by period, better check with doctor.

Hi,

My recommendation is that instead of trying to self-examine, for a patient like you that already have a symptoms - better to consult medical personnel ASAP.

Self-breast examination are suggested to woman to perform from time to time, not especially when the symptom arise.

Regards.

If the pain has been going on for some time, it's high time you see your doctor.

Did you feel pain ON the breast part OR the organ underlying the breast? Eg, can be heart..

do you know your current BP? do you have family member (your side) who have heart diseases?

When you pain come start? During exe or even sitting and resting also having pain? Got spread to other part beside you breast OR you breast only? Any factor make it worst? You lifestyle being affected by the pain or not?

my advice will go to O and G...

You need to see a General Surgeon right away. Your O&G is not specialised in this field. Since you have family members with a history of breast lumps you must go and have it checked without further delay.

The GS will send you for a mammogram or a scan and if a lump is detected he will get it out and send it for biopsy.

Good luck dear! smile.gif

Sometime I do feel pain on my left breast too. but so far I ignore it as it might be due to my intake of estrogenic drugs. unsure.gif
