Hello All -

I'd kindly like to ask your share based your experience, when I was driving today suddenly the Automatic Transmission or AT indicator turn on.

I'd plan to send my car to perodua workshop, however, what does the indicator means? The car still can go, but I tthink there's different, sometime it's powerless.

What components do you think should be replaced, and how much if send it to Perodua workshop so that I can be prepared ?

Kindly please ask your thought, and really appreciate your feedback

Thanks,

always change my atf every 20k km with the filter. make sure change it on time. and yup, my 05 myvi had served me for 330000++km till now without any hustle. touch wood. in your case, make sure check the sensor and atf quantity.

Thanks for this, I think I will ask the mechanic to check on ATF oil. The mechanic told me that their is faulty in the wire circuit. Hence, I need to change the wire connecting to Gearbox, and it cost for 1k.

What I am afraid is the faulty in ECU, they said even they don't guaranty by changing the wire will resolve the issue, if it still can't resolve it, hence, I need to consider to change ECU.

Do you know how much the ECU price?
And could you please advise if you find there's a recommended perodua service having good mechanic?

Thanks,
