QUOTE(jones007 @ Sep 9 2006, 05:00 PM) where to buy whey? supermarket? and wats maltodextrin Whey is a by product which is derived from milk, which has 2 components; whey and casein. You can order whey through maxtrition.com.my which have good prices. (sorry for the short advertizing m'potato). I recommend Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey. It's at the "protein" category. Maltodextrin is a form of high GI carbs but you can use good old fashioned instant quaker oats or 2 tablespoons of honey.

I had abdominal muscle pain for more than a week after workout, and I am wondering if that's DOMS or injury. But is it that easy to get injury on abdominal muscle?

But is it that easy to get injury on abdominal muscle? If it's more than a week, could be a muscle pull or injury. Get it checked or take some time off. Don't screw with this, cos the abs are your core, you need it in every exercise regardless of what bodypart you do. Time off/getting it checked > not being able to lift for good.

i just injured my middle back left side on friday, i feel something wrong on the back when i pull the muscle, but it hurted like a b*tch when i just woke up, i cant even lift my half body up and sit on the bed. Until today, it will like that. Hopefully it will recover tomorrow so that i can pull it again. This post has been edited by iDk: Sep 10 2006, 09:23 PM
