Why cheaper than N80? Because it's not a slider phone? Because it doesn't have wifi? But this one camera got Carl Zeiss lens and Autofocus wor...but i also hope it's not that expensive
K800 isn't that bad, but the size I'm all the while SE supporter, but this time I guess I have to say N73 looks nicer at least

USD450 is still acceptable. But not sure how much Zitron going to sell it for

1.8-2k is acceptable.
However I think it will be slightly more than that. (probably 2.2k as said by amunriel)

N73 is quite thick actually, and I don't really like the back cover.



Not to mention a bit too long...

I nullify this statement as I think N73 doesn't look as nice as I perceived.

wifi means wireless internet.

As long as there's access point you can enjoy broadband internet surfing with your mobile set already.

I was explaining in layman term instead of typing the full name of wifi

The difference is, you've to pay approx hundred for a month or 1 cent per KB if you use 3G/Edge

You pay nothing extra if you connect to wifi.

Very good specs...Considering it between this and K800 still.

But the back side of the phone looks very plasticky, I haven't tried holding it yet though.

While you can install all the funky stuff on your S60 set, it could be a bad thing as well.

1. Smartphones are generally slower than normal mobile phones, especially when too much applications are installed.
2. Battery consumption is relatively higher as smartphones requires more processing power.
3. Practicality is an issue. How many people need to use PDF viewer and video player on a 2-inch screen anyway? To me, most probably it's something that NICE TO HAVE but not necessary a MUST HAVE.

I also prefer the upper one. But the camera cover doesnt really look classy to me

It seems like many of your posts are really pro-S60, and it's a major point for you when you compare different phones.

I'm okay with it. But the point is, not all people really need it There's no point paying for something and ended up not utilising it. As I said before, how many people would choose to open .DOC and .PDF document in a 2-inch screen when 17" monitor computer is everywhere nowadays? (I'm not saying that's all a Symbian phone can do, just merely giving an example)

To those who don't really need it, it might be a burden as well, as welwitchia mentioned, some models are suffering slow speed when sending SMS and you've to admit that it's not stable as OS-less handsets.

So IMO it depends on personal preference. For you S60 maybe is a great advantage but maybe for some, they purposely don't want to buy NOkia handsets just because of S60

Agree, the screen-keypad ratio kinda reminds me of nk3230 or k800. A common problem when a candy bar phone needs to have big screen.

But my main problem is actually the back side which looks really plasticky (especially the red colour one)
