as per tittle

exhaust meaning all the fans on the pc will be suck out, some say potential cooler than intake fans pc..
meaning front panel pc also blow air out
side blow air out
up blow air out
back also blow air out

intake meaning the front and side panel fans suck the air in while the up fans suck the air from inside out, some say using this method potential attracting dust than all exhasut fans pc

Why not both? Intake fan only will hav hard time to push air into ur casing while exhaust fan will have hard time to extract air from ur casing. If both exists, even better cooling liao

if got only one exhaust fans at higher rpm(im thinking higher rpm meant more air flow here) is better and let other fans just do intake,is it good? hmm.gif

intake, with dust filter..
if u use too much exhaust even with dust filter, the dust/air will come in from other hole which doesn't have dust filter..

You need to know about positive and negative air pressure first.
Usually you would want dust filter on your intake and for your case to have positive air pressure.
