Coz it costs a bomb ask them to repair...that wud b last option though...

What's wrong with it?

can't power up and foot compartment cant be lifted.

Airbags at the leg there bocor..and the back rollers dont work that well anymore


I also wan contacts if got..cause osim charges rm100 for them to come and see the chair.. I agreed last time in august 2013..till now the person not yet come and check.. Went to their outlets and ask for the technician quite a few times... Didnt come at all.. Got fed up..

my is i isymphonic also..... go to showroom they told u now can trade in very good price, new features bla bla bla...lamp sales talks. ....

but in 2010 i called them they did come after one week...

i suggest talk to their Service Mgr if no one visit u....

Tried getting one of those electronic repair shops to take a look?

This should be easier to repair than say a flat screen TV.
