I read this on a forum, legit?

"you can afford to lose your bodyfat X 31.. which means if you carry 30 pounds of bodyfat, you can cut at a 930 cal deficit and not worry about muscle loss. Now there are other factors with how lean you really are, etc.. but it's a good starting point. "

Total rubbish bullshit nonsense. 930 cal deficit you can expect to faint in the gym and lose your 1 year gains in 1 month.

For minimum muscle loss, cutting is done with a deficit of 10% from TDEE. This is normally 200-300 cal deficit. Make sure u maintaining the weight and reps of your lifts if not progressing.

Do you reverse diet from a bulk to a deficit or you jump straight to -10% from TDEE?
