lately, i just saw some TV commercial on local TV channel Machine like "AB KING PRO" - for building abs muscle or "V Lift up" - also abs (mainly on lower abs ) does it really works as it claim ???

If you want your abs to show, it's mainly diet. Most skinny people who don't work out in the gym at all but have low bodyfat possess abs. You can't just work them out and have a bad diet expecting them to show. That way, we would have a lot of fat people with 6 packs walking around. You see the logic here?

This product is kinda old already, saw this product 4 years ago. Myself also wanted to try it out, but at the end lazy lare. I'm of afraid paying for something, that gets nothing.
