Hi guys, I am back shooting macro finally. Decided to create a V2 thread since the 1st thread has too many pictures already, new thread will definitely be better for those who don't wanna see the same pictures again and again.

Also changed my gears (previously were using canon 550D + 50mm + 70-200 + 100L), now it's only olympus em10 + 1240mm f2.8 for all my shots. All using natural light since I can use a lot lower ISO to get enough DOF compared to my previous DSLR (f2.8 at 40mm on a m4/3 sensor provides quite a bit of DOF).

Was quite a long break from macro photography and hope I didn't lost my "skill"? haha or maybe improved.

ehhh your photo style changed!

I think it was better last time, I didn't realize I was looking at your pictures until I scroll up again! Anyway, I think it'll all come back once you get used to the new gears.

haha yeap, I noticed that too.

I was using natural light all the way and changed the way I PP those pictures too, should be playing with flashes again to produce the kind of pictures I used to get last time
