ServiceSoft?
I've attended interview with the company early this year. There was 2 level interview. First level is technical interview. They will ask about network design, OSI, Cisco, Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows (e.g Active Directory). You might be ask to draw a network design based on a given problem. If you succeed in the first stage, you will go to second level interview. This interview is mostly about your personal details, character, weakness/strength, job environment, salary etc. That all I know and share with you. Good luck! |
