Nokia Lumia 1320, Upgrade SD card problem, need help!

I bought a 32GB SD to change from my old 16GB card.
First, I copied the content from my old SD card into a folder in my pc. I then switch off the phone and switch to the new SD card. I then turn on the phone and copied the contents back into the new SD card. The problem now is some of the apps are greyed out in my phone and cannot be started. Any suggestions? |

i don't think u allow to do like this...by copying the app to new microsd...
no choice, install again to your new micro sd |

Yeah, doesn't work like that.
I found out afterwards what I should have done. On Windows 8.1 phone: Go to Storage Sense>SD card>apps+games then click on the app or games>click Move To Phone Do this for all the app and games you want to keep though you might not have enough memory on your phone for it. Once you're done, swap the SD card to your new one and follow the same steps above to move the apps/games from the phone to your new SD card. |
