yo....i'm from unisa, city west...how bout u?

i'm there in adelaide since july 2007. basically i just completed my 1st sem there...so which campus ru in?

lifestyle there is really calm and peaceful. cant expect much frm a small city. i didn't get use to it as i came frm KL. so to me, i would say is boring. nothing much to do there. but cant deny is a good place to study tho. not much distraction ma.hehe... so wen it comes to hols...urgh....boring.......i would encourage u to join societies like malaysia association society. it's a good start to begin with. thats where i get to know lots of people thru the society. besides tat, it do organise lots of activities.. if i didn't join that, i will definately miss out alot of stuff lor.. cos i went there alone...and didn't know anyone from there

food is not too bad..but i advise u to get some cooking books frm here b4 goin thr...bcos u won't b able to afford eatin out everyday unless ur loaded..hehe. house rental has increased dis year so im not too sure bout tat. cant wait for my contract to end to find another place..hehe...

what kind of course ru doin? isit business or others? no..of cos i do not know her...haha...so unlikely to know ppl like her la..

I'll be in UniSA by the end of Febuary. Will be going around middle of next month to get settled and stuff. My campus is at City East's. =)

Anyway, Adelaide is a good place to study... coz very few distractions or "life". But then, it will be a good time to enjoy other healthier lifestyle like sports, recreation, beaches, etc. Cost of living is reasonably low if you can budget your expenses well (eg. Self-cook, sharing house, stay in suburbs, little shopping).

Yes got charged, as i recall RM400.00 damage.

Its AUD400 not RM400 

It's AUD430 to be exact. Just reapplied due to some error by Monash, thankfully I've managed to get them to reimburse all costs incurred while applying for the visa again.

Had my visa done and approved about a few weeks ago, but I didn't recall being asked about my criminal record. 

BTW, I'll be heading off to Adelaide on the 16th Feb. My orientation's at the City West Campus on the 18th if not mistaken. Anyone here will be there also?

Hopefully will see you there soon.. Just curious though, they have business course in City West campus?

city west campus is where all the business courses will be taught. where else city east campus is more towards medical line (eg pharmacy or nursing...etc)
