QUOTE(nyprinz83 @ Jan 24 2007, 05:13 PM) Generally all you need is just a universal power adaptor which you can obtain easily from any supermarket's electronics dept ie Woolworths, BigW. I am planning to bring my laptop computer to australia. Should I bring along the adaptor too because it won't fit into australian sockets. Can I buy the adaptor and plug in australia for my toshiba laptop ? What is a universal power adaptor ? Does it include both an adaptor and an australian plug ?

For example, if my malaysian bank gives me a ANZ bank draft and I bank into my account in commonwealth bank. What are the charges for
1. ANZ

QUOTE(coolgirl_y2k1 @ Jan 30 2007, 04:55 PM) hey guys any ideas what else to pack...will be leaving next week and i keep hearing ppl saying they are already busy packing packing packing...i mean so far i only plan to pack my clothes, toiletries, bit of stationaries, important docs, passport...something similar like what i've pack when i 1st came to KL for studies...is bringing food over important eg.maggie? anything to take note of that i may have missed out? thanks for the replies Don't bring any food, animal, plants. Australia customs discourage it. It is not worth all the trouble.
