Doesn't make a difference. I sent my 408 to Glenmarie HQ. Same crappy service. They need to keep my car but refusing to give a courtesy car even after I explained my situation.
They said parts need to order and they will call back, they never did. I called them 3 times after waiting for a month before they actually checked if the parts were there or not. Then comes the problem with booking an appointment to fix it.....they made it so difficult. I'm still waiting to get my car fixed now, 2 months later.

And yes, complained till my BP shot through the roof....no effect. Everyone there don't seem to care at all.
Now the sound proofing is gone and the suspension is very noisy (rattling) and rough but they're only focusing on the previously reported issue even though I have to leave my car there for 2-3 days. I have to go through this whole fiasco again for the other problems.

Safe to say this is my first and last Pug. Never again!!

yeah, will probably avoid pug for now on. i still love pug's car, all but for the service/spare parts

The car itself is great. Its the shoddy workmanship of the CKD units assembled by Naza and their horrendous after sales service that's the problem. It's like once they have your money, its game over for you. My car had the windscreen washers DOA, which I had to send in to get fixed. Most of the problems I encountered started within the first 6 months. Now my car is not even a year old and I've got a laundry list of issues that Naza is not even looking at.
