cannot play D3, problem with connection HELP!!!

Guys need help here i just brought Diablo 3 & Reaper of soul but i cannot start the game after finish installing
I choose asia server afl\ter clicking the play button and loading a meesge panel pop up and it says 'Diablo 3 is unable to initialize streaming connection and bla bla bla' but my internet connection is good im in unify 10mb already' |

You should try download the game client direct from Blizzard, rather than using the Installer in the disc.

are you using wireless at home?
try direct connection (LAN cable) and restart your battle.net app. Last time I use wireless also cannot connect (Unifi VIP5) |
