i use Maxis... in Tioman on the boat, full bar signal, out in the ocean smile.gif)

advice is to use first-tier service providers like Celcom, Maxis and Digi. the others are buying minutes from Celcom and could be a bit unpredictable service.

still wanna save money on an extreme sport where safety is a life-or-death issue? i've done cheap and cheap can be scary... especially if you are renting equipment.

yep all you newbie wanna open-water divers... choose your instructor wisely, they will determine if you carry on in the sport, or give up dejected and bitter. i know a number of ppl who don't scuba dive after their course, most probably from instructor failure. and i met and observed this particular instructor, so i have an idea of what happened.

SJ 4000/5000 vs GOPRO... i got poisoned seeing ppl use gopro on my last trip (SEAVENTURES IS DA BOMB !!!) . any idea of where to get good deal on gopro4. confused with the price ranges on models.

WIsh-list for rest of year:
(1) Nitrox course (end of month in Bali!)
(2) Rescue diver course

Cheers everyone!

so many people looking for zeagle scout, i have 1 for sale, anyone interested? price can nego - want to upgrade to a minimalist backplate/wing system

what size is your bcd

I wont suggest Eco Divers, their equipment wasnt in good shape when i was there last year. unless they've repaired and upgraded.

Turtle Bay is good, i will drop by later today to chat with them. always like their style.

also - wheres location of meet up.
