It's Advanced SubStation Alpha Subtitle ... Here's my idea :
- Get the DirectVobSub from here. It will enable the subtitle display. Maybe you already install using codec pack, so no need to do this again.
- Convert ASS to SSA or SRT. Google for the tool or you can use Subtitle Workshop
