WINDBREAKER IS A MUST. hk very very high wind.
wind + chill = you need windbreaker.

yup, if you see locals wear these during winter means we must be prepared.
our bodies are suited to 30C weather.
and if they think its COLD, its hell for us.
we're much more sensitive to temp change then them

Asking because i scare the jacket too funny.. Later all hongkong ppl laugh at us coz wearing such jacket
