being cheated by this fellar for selling me a faulty unit of USB TV Box.. amount being cheated is rm120

u think i dumbo meh.. sure larhh got call the fella larhh.. whenever i call, he'll hang up on me.. then sms him no reply.. used other phones to call he juz said HELLO and hang up..
