Hi, new here.
Still hesitating to sign SPA this Sat, a bit worry of the quality of the Saraca as I looked at the show houses not really impressive. $$ is also not cheap, location wise.. Of course most of all, the property bubble rumours.. Very headache, buy or not buy?... |

Sorry, didn't mentioned is not Saraca show house but others type there.
If possible, would be own stay, just wonder the secondar school availability and is it for sure Tenby is setting up soon? Fees ? Afraid cant afford.. |
