Yes Chris Kor, staring price 598K (i think should have some discount) and build up size starting from 19xx. The layout is not bad at all. For the price consider quite ok if compare to Aquatilis which launch 1 year ago for 528-538K. Like you said, I really hope there is no clash here. I believe they wouldn't do that.... Btw, if you want me to compare Merrydale 8A and SEH new 20x70, is hard too. Price different by 90K but merrydale is full GnG and nice park. SEH is cheaper and layout wise I prefer it over the 8A type. Is FnG but at least you don't have to pay high maintenance fees. 1 more thing to take note (i told Jason-kor also) is that Merrydale is kinda near Lekas highway.... that is 1 negative thing....

The semenyih land, sky-rocket from RM3/sqft agri-culture land to as high as RM60 /sqft agri land. The one who buy house is not the ultimate winner, but is the land owner. Just let you know that, the land owner in semenyih are damn rich old folks.
