If you really want to get a unit of ur choice, I see no harm in queueing as early as a day before.
That solves the problem of having to choose a unit that you don't like or out of budget.
With proper planning you can take turns between 2-3 different family member over the queue.

Do you know what was the initial selling price of TTS7? Do you know why ppl bought Tts7? Do you know why  ppl sold now the tts7? Do you know now who are the buyer now at tts7? Pls go and find out. Then we will know how much weight you have..

Lol, from Mahkota hills to Lekas Semenyih entrance using current road need around 30 minutes.. From Lekas Semenyih Entrance 30 minutes already can reach Mid Valley under normal traffic kawan..

By the way, half of the mahkota hill already in the mukim Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan lah kawan...     

Wah...oledy got more than 20 ppl queue for sEH for 600k landed..i think this will make some ppl feel very disapointed as they thought no more BBB....those cannot afford, only can jealous jealous...especially for those earn 4k and lesser, hard for them to afford to buy semenyih SEH, most likely their saving also not enough to pay the downpayment...
