QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Oct 9 2014, 11:44 PM) I was shocked also last time tot that there was miss-selling when I found this. But the banker clarified diff product. It is without "full". lol.... RHB My1 Flexi Home Loan = semi flexi RHB My1 FULL Flexi Home Loan = full flexi must be a new product for sure, not even available in the website.. Thanks for sharing.. By the way jason gor, is all this terms and conditions stated clearly in the LO / LA? Have you ever tried to withdraw money from this account and confirm there's no charge incurred? QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Oct 9 2014, 11:37 PM) Noted. To be more specific the product is called RHB My1 Full Flexi Housing Loan. Perhaps ypur fren can check and see. Oic. I believe this could be a rare product which is not implemented across the board from RHB or perhaps, it is yet to roll out to the market accordingly thus under test cell for some centers only. When u mentioned in the EM thread previously, I did find out with a lot of RHB friends, quite senior somemore but none of them said got such product. Thats weird. Good for u boss.

Yeah, that's why I suggest to my friend as well. But the loan officer that servicing my fren said no such product is available. That's why I thought only VVIP customer such as jason gor that have a loan more than 1 million is entitle for such hou kang tao....

But I insist sth in black & white and I managed to get a proper record via email reply. I got this loan for my EM unit - no disbursement yet so "not tested"

Perhaps can update us when there is disbursement soon.. Full flexi without any processing fees and no lock in period easily KO all other full flexi loan products in the market currently...

But it is true that this is sth quite new. What happened was when I just got my RHB semi-flexi loan approved, soon the full flexi roled out. Immediately I changed to full flexi then.
