Most of Saraca 1 at the last row have not been taken up. Corner lots I think still got 3~4, on the last two rows. Actually if you look at Google map street view (Jalan Rinching Hulu, Semenyih, Selangor) and move along toward the end of that jalan kampong, you will see the land was elevated quite high - I would say ~ 30 ft, so no problem with privacy. In fact, I think it will be very windy, and very nice kampong houses (only few houses scatted around) and green jungle view.

Which type that you are comparing?  Afaik, the coming new launching (3 types) is 20x70, Saraca launched recently is 22x75, and there is no 22x70 launched so far for SEH project
