Sorry if I am asking at the wrong place

I just apply for combo card (wise+gsc card)

why the annual fees for my gsc is not waived automatically but My wise af is waived automatically.

Any criteria to meet to waive the af for gsc card?

but i just apply hlb matta plat
may i know wad transaction under "travel expenses"?

as within 30 days of card approval there is a 20%cb for travel expenses.
any1 mind to share?
