I couldn't proceed to the TAC page since 2 days ago.
I tried different PC, same.
Tried another 3 banks' Visa and Mastercard, all succeed.
Only HLB couldn't proceed.
I called HLB customer service, they can't do anything, just told me the credit card is valid, active and the OTP also registered.
Nothing they can do. So I wan't to ask anyone else is facing same problem? How to solve it?
