Therefore they need to submit the downgrade application to card dept for approval. Same goes to the card dept has no authority to approve say down grade of your priority banking account to normal banking account. No no no u dont need their approval but their processing and update it. Unless if you want to upgrade which is beyond your limit as you need provide supporting documents. Dont get confuse with it. Processing and Approval is totally different, |
