Yeah, the basement level (LM floor). OK, thanks. How about Sunshine Square (Bayan Baru)? Sorry to ask this, really confuse how to check whether is department or grocery. Guys,
I read and found someone talk about "payonline" and "Hotlink". Can I pay for certain bill and topup for Hotlink (Maxis prepaid users)? If yes, for Hotlink top up, then I can get 10% cash rebate with my WISE card? |

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 3 2015, 08:10 PM) Yes, you can by using Maxis Pay. Yeah, of course must full till the RM50x10.Still, you need to full fill the rm50 X10 requirement first then only you can get cash back. Like you need to do rm50 X10 on other categories you selected and top up rm10 to your Hotlink which giving you 8.25% cash back. So Hotlink is 8.25% cash back, that's good. But, how to apply/access the payonline? |

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 3 2015, 08:57 PM) Billing date comes late is not a problem as you can do the calculation manually. You can do advance payment which gives you more control on getting the max cash back. oh, so for example:Also, Payonline will have problem on the end of month, either RHB or HLB is the culprit. Nope, the actual cash back for all are only 8.25%, that is with your cash back are getting rm100 each month. GST and AF you need to include in and the hanky panky they are palying with us like refusing cash back if they can. I just lost rm5 for last month. You need to open a Maxis Pay account, much more easier on paying maxis bills/Hotlink top up. Jan: RM100 x 10 = RM1000 (get 8.25%) RM1000 - RM82.50 = RM917.50 I pay for RM917.50? Sorry, Maxis Pay is .... register until HLB website? Maxis website? Maxis office? |

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 3 2015, 09:43 PM) https://pay.maxis.com.my/maxis-web-adapter/welcome.web Thanks for the link. Will try later.Nope, you will still getting rm100 when you spend rm950-1000. The AF and GST will be charged annually. So you need to pay only rm900 all the time, unless you spend lesser or extra. This is my 1st time use, so I ignore the GST and AF first...haha... oh ya, how about the first time RM50 government charges? I can get it cash back on 3rd month after swipe 3 times (something like this?) Is there possible to topup for other telcom? (celcom,digi....etc) QUOTE(victorywp @ Feb 3 2015, 09:51 PM) this is the reason why you shouldn't always say 8.25% cb. you are just making simple things become more complicated and confusing new users. Yeah, I'm new user. OK, I just need to know I will get 10% as long as met RM50 x 10 you must remember: 1) not everyone is using hlb gold with rm160 af (so 8.25% is not a standard for all) 2) af only start charging from 2nd year onwards (so those who only use for 1 year will not face this issue) QUOTE(victorywp @ Feb 3 2015, 10:01 PM) what he actually meant was: oh, I lagi confuse. Nvm, I understoodd what you told me up there. I just need to know 10% 1) assume you get rm100 cb every month = rm100 x 12 = rm1200 2) assume you are using hlb gold with rm160 af and rm50 gst for more than 1 year 3) rm1200 - rm160 - rm50 = rm990 cb 4) so your actual cb will not be rm1200 (10%) but rm990 (8.25%) This post has been edited by sam240: Feb 3 2015, 11:18 PM |

Sorry...newbie here, I have some questions:
i) How can I login online to check my e-statement? Call CS? ii) Any good benefit if I get e-statement? (One of my fren told me 2 days ago, he was not entitle to get RM300 cash back because he chose hard copy statement instead of e-statement for his Citibank cash back credit card) .... this is so weird to me and he even don't know when he apply online for that credit card. iii) Can I pay any bill by login into HLB website and charge to my WISE card? |

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 3 2015, 11:24 PM) Yup, 1st year you will be getting full 10% if you spend ~rm1000. Second year onward will need to pay rm210. That's make you 8.25%, which is still highest among all banks. I see. Yeah...maybe will use for 11 months only, will cancel before AF... Yeah, if every month can get RM100, that's very good deal. Some even cancel the card when they have to pay the AF. So far only Maxis are easy, others I not that sure. That rm50 I also forgot when to get it back. I never bother as I target to get rm100 every month. I just worry how hard to follow up / make sure all my transactions are RM50 x 10 in that month Some times, not more than 10 times.... maybe...so a bit dangerous |

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 3 2015, 11:34 PM) Basically you need to have strategy to use this bloody card. haha, thanks for the tips.1-2 weeks time, complete 10 transactions with rm50. Then slow down your spending and start calculating. And when reach 20th, complete rm1000. Usually paying my Maxis bill will be the last part as I can control the spending. So for 29th to 31th.....can consider will be next month count? As a new user here, if I can hit RM1800 within 60days, I can get free luggage which is not bad. QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 4 2015, 12:37 AM) Not really, first 6 months I was doing the same and I can tell you that, some will fall on same month(when my rm1000 quota reached) and some times it goes to next month(when quota no reached). Some says swiping in thestore which using HLB terminal can get it posted on the same day but I tried before and it took 2 days to get posted and worst case, it is not under groceries even I bought cooking oil Oh, so better swipe between 1st and 20th, right?People are using UOB payonline to pay utilities bill. But I guess this 2 months it will have problem when nearing end of month. the utilities bill, included Masjid Perbadanan State? Electric? TM? For me, every month as long as can entitle get 10% cash back even not hit RM100 I'm still happy with it. Just worry if only RM50 x 9, then that month earn nothing cash back which is bad. |

QUOTE(Tigerr @ Feb 4 2015, 11:10 AM) One thing u can do is at the groceries counter. If your next in line customer wants to pay in cash. U can offer to pay for them in credit card n receive their cash.....just tell them u can get some points using credit cards. oh, if that way, I prefer stand in petrol station, maybe one day can earn RM50 to RM80 (deduct discount to those people who pay in cash) hahahaQUOTE(Tigerr @ Feb 4 2015, 11:12 AM) When over 1000, I normally ll use my essential card for the unlimited 1% rebates. But I am getting uob one card, my essential card usage ll be very limited now... I plan to apply essential card too, which no need to headache, everything 1%...settle.... Essential card also will start charge for annual fee and gov tax on 2nd year? can waive both of these? QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 4 2015, 11:12 AM) Basically you must choose the 2+1 that can gives you ~rm1000. wow...that's great idea... But grocery you may buy something that can sell back later. Stuffs like 2KG(or + 200, 300G)Milo will be good option. I'm doing the same, about 5-10 bags I'm selling to coffee shops. |

Hi, I'm a little confuse about the RM50x 10 count.
Is count by month (1st - 31st)? Then when is the statement date? If my statement date on 15th every month and I already full fill RM50 x 10 AND CB hit cap RM100, then after 15th, can I still enjoy 10% CB any more? Need some advise, thanks. |
