housing loan 300k - i have 125k in the flexi mortgage current acc that comes with the housing loan. the house still under construction, hence i paying interest only as of now
credit card - mbb dual card CL 40k, aeon CC CL 15k. no late payment and no single cent of interest charged by bank before.

5) Category change fee = RM10.60 (10.00 Fee + 0.60 GST)
