Here my story of the annual fee charge: my card anniversary is on Dec 14, I called CS in Nov 14 to have my platinum card converted to gold card and have my sub card cancelled. GST charged in Dec'14 and I received my new gold card end of Dec. On 1 Jan 15, annual fee of RM160 was charged and annual fee waiver of RM160 credited on the same day. Pure luck?
