I got my new card n activate in 10th dec 2014. I manage to fulfil the criteria for cash rebate (more than 10 transection posted above rm50 for the categories) However, my second statement for january, cash rebate is not there. Is it normal? N combine both dec & jan cash rebate in the coming 3rd statement (feb statement) that will receive in March?

Seems like im not the only one have this problem

Question, here. Even if the transection labelled as groceries categories in statement, cash back is not guaranteed?
